Booking Conditions

Deposits are non-returnable following confirmation of the booking with the balance payable on arrival on the first day of the booking.

Notice of cancellation must be given in writing, at least 14 days before the booking starts. Failure to do so makes you liable for payment of the balance if we are unable to re-let the room.

Guests expecting to arrive later than 6pm are asked to give us prior notice.

No pets are allowed.

Only the persons named on the booking form should stay in the room/s booked. Any changes should be advised and paid for, if appropriate, prior to the commencement of the holiday / stay.

There is limited parking on the forecourt which guests are welcome to use at their own risk for loading / unloading on arrival or departure. The parking opposite is free.

The person signing the completed booking form agrees to these conditions on behalf of his / her party and accepts responsibility for any breakages or damage which may occur during the holiday / stay caused by his / her party.

We ask all guests to respect our non-smoking policy which operates throughout, with the exception of the outside basement patio area adjacent to the bar.
